Vandalism and Lack of Communication Equals Bad Service I brought my vehicle in for warrantied items that seemed unusual for the Mercedes brand, which I'd previously regarded as high quality, and it took mu I brought my vehicle in for warrantied items that seemed unusual for the Mercedes brand, which I'd previously regarded as high quality, and it took much longer to address them than I'd anticipated (a month and ten days in total). Granted, part of the delay was due to the vehicle needing body work that was not covered under warranty, but that body work took less than a week. Throughout the wait, I consistently felt there was a lack of communication to simply keep me apprised of the progress in repairing my vehicle. Rather than getting reasonably periodic updates, I was forced to constantly be the one to initiate contact, having to inquire as to the status of my vehicle... and I'm not one of those impatient customers who expect things to be done immediately or feel that they should inexplicably be given priority service. After the vehicle returned from the body shop, I learned that mine was among a number of vehicles vandalized on the dealer's lot. I understand that this type of thing can happen (although I still question the effectiveness of the dealership's security), but I was primarily displeased with the fact that I learned of the issue only at the virtual last minute prior to when I thought I'd be picking it up. After it went back to the body shop, I wound up dealing with them and getting much better updates on my vehicle's status. Leaving nothing to chance and not wanting to risk further delays, I ultimately picked up my vehicle myself from the body shop. Now, having said all of that, I'll point out that this experience, my second with the dealership, was the exact opposite from the first time I had to bring the vehicle in (because of a malfunction that occurred as the vehicle was brought to me upon purchase). Perhaps my second experience was an anomaly due to circumstances (such as reduced staffing?) brought about by the COVID-19 situation, but I was asked to comment only on this service experience, which is what I've done. More
Took my E350 MB in to replace brakes and rotors. About 3 weeks after new brakes and rotors were installed took car back due to continued "squealing". Was told that no "squealing" was detected when test driv weeks after new brakes and rotors were installed took car back due to continued "squealing". Was told that no "squealing" was detected when test driven. Found this strange since I heard it when driving out of the MB facility. Very disappointing. More

Courteous, Professional and caring. Chris which I see is always so busy takes time for his customers He is the Greatest! I'm a little person in comparison to others but he treats me no different! i can't say enough and I hope you let him know. Please never give me Cecilia Salgado I was in for a new tire she told me I needed! I was told not to drive out of town only in town. I never needed and was scared about driving my car until I ordered that tire after came in to have it done which I found out was not needed due to Efren my service person She gave me measurements on that tire and told how the tire was measured. I thank Efren for his honesty and his Vip service I received. This is my 3rd Mercedes and I expect the best whether small maintenance or large and trust and customer service goes a long way!! My confidence has been restored due to Efren. Thank you, More
