The servicer was Cecelia and her customer service was horrible. This was the worst service I’d ever experienced at MB of Sacramento. I’d never met her before, but it was enough to make me never want to g horrible. This was the worst service I’d ever experienced at MB of Sacramento. I’d never met her before, but it was enough to make me never want to go there again. I went again for a brake light. Once again, Cecelia assisted me. Again, poor service. I used to think very highly of MB of Sac. Recent service and lack of customer care and unfriendly demeanor made me decide to not go there for ANY REASON again. I will drive further to go to another MB location. Nor will I ever refer anyone to this location. More
