The servicer was Cecelia and her customer service was horrible. This was the worst service I’d ever experienced at MB of Sacramento. I’d never met her before, but it was enough to make me never want to g horrible. This was the worst service I’d ever experienced at MB of Sacramento. I used to think very highly of MB of Sac. Recent service and lack of customer care and unfriendly demeanor made me decide to not go there for ANY REASON again.
