I received good service on my vehicle. I was surprised the staff was not wearing masks to protect themselves or others, which was a little off-putting and what stuck with me is that my vehicle was returne the staff was not wearing masks to protect themselves or others, which was a little off-putting and what stuck with me is that my vehicle was returned dirtier than when I had dropped it off. I have owned a Lexus and Jaguar prior to a Mercedes and any time I took my vehicle in for a service, it was washed before being returned. I thought it was in bad taste to pay over $600 for a service and the vehicle could not be washed before being returned. That's what stuck with me the most. I will probably not purchase a vehicle from this dealership, although I plan to purchase another Mercedes in the near future. More
