Of my two service visits, both were awful. Poor communication, told them not to wash my car and they did anyway, SCRATCHED my car and messed up side splitter and had to have that fixed. Paint chipped and I decided to buy touch up and fix myself. Technicians clearly do not follow simple instructions or care for brand new $70k+ vehicles. That being said, Clark is great, as well as Jack and Dave in service. More
