very bad communication from service dept i had to keep contacting the service rep and asking for the status. No answer or delayed response. when i was picking up my car, i did not see the p i had to keep contacting the service rep and asking for the status. No answer or delayed response. when i was picking up my car, i did not see the push button for ignition and went back in. the lady at register told me that it should be in my cup holder with the facial look(?). am i supposed to know where to find this kind of stuff or is this their job to let me know? overall this store appeared to be too busy to provide nice and friendly service that i was expecting to see at a mb store/service center.
