You cannot believe the relaxed informative no pressure salesman who helped me. After visiting other dealerships, it was a pleasure to have an individual who answered all my questions and who made me feel comfortable in the process of buying a new car. (Let me mention I am a female senior citizen). Brett explained everything to me and helped guide me to a successful purchase. I have been happy with my new car and all the care from the dealership. Lack of communication From initial contact to the price negotiation everything was great, the communication flow was excellent between me and the salesman. After the signed contract was mailed backed to the dealership, most of my follow-on questions were left unanswered. They were easy questions like ‘when is the ETA on the car delivery? Or have you received my financing paperwork? Or what’s the tracking number for the contract paperwork?’ I was never told when the car was shipped, the only shipping info I received was from the shipping company the same day the car was delivered. After I received the car, I was never contacted by the salesman to ask if there was any issues or if all was okay. There was a letter “T” missing from the “Turbo” passenger-side badge that I inquired about with the salesman, no response. I received a response on my second inquiry but no way ahead to resolve the missing “T” issue. My local Virginia Mercedes dealership is going to replace the badge for me. If my questions were answered, I think my experience would have been better with the dealership. A customer should not feel like they’re pulling teeth to get answers on their purchase. More

Typical Car Dealer I hate to say this, but Mercedes Sacramento is just like any car dealership: lots of games and dishonesty from the top down. Instead of working to mak I hate to say this, but Mercedes Sacramento is just like any car dealership: lots of games and dishonesty from the top down. Instead of working to make a purchase experience easy for us, they went out of their way to ensure their own interests were put first at all times. What should have been a quick and easy transaction turned into a whole weekend of return visits and shenanigans. The sad thing is this could have easily been a five star review but for all the games the dealership played because the car is great and we got a good price. However, I prefer to work with honest and straightforward people. Mercedes Sacramento does not share in those values. We will not return. More
