Fluid leak- Cap left off by tech Fluid leaking- Patrick said nothing wrong Fluid continued leaki. Took it to another Certified Mercedes shop - found leak - took it back to Dealershi Fluid leaking- Patrick said nothing wrong Fluid continued leaki. Took it to another Certified Mercedes shop - found leak - took it back to Dealership where I purchased it as it was still under warranty and it was fixed. However SMOKE was coming out of the hood. I raised the hood and the cap was off and most of the coolant was gone! Called Patrick who had told me not to look under the hood! I drove back under his instructions. One of the car porters said “ I hope it wasn’t me “ and apologized. I asked her do you work on cars? She said just minor stuff - like replacing fluids and minor stuff”! Patrick came outside and I showed him where I found the cap - he looked very little coolant left. Said it would be taken care off. I never saw or heard from him again No apology! Nothing! 30 minutes later a man said the car was ready- he didn’t bring the car up front in customer pick up- no apology- no sorry for your inconvenience- just this unapologetic mean face. Two important reasons I don’t trust this Dealership. They said they didn’t detect the leak or said they didn’t. Two Unqualified people working on my car. Don’t trust this Dealership! More
