I love the car I received (delivery took less than a week and car sale took less than 24 hours) and the requests made to the dealership (Sales, Servic I love the car I received (delivery took less than a week and car sale took less than 24 hours) and the requests made to the dealership (Sales, Service & Parts) after the delivery were very promptly taken care of (considering the fact the brand new car was shipped from California to Texas with a dead battery and a single key). This could have been an oversight but I believe the customer service could be more proactive and dealership personnels should do their due diligence. Regardless, I appreciate my vehicle and the service provided thus far. More

sketchy dealership Reminded me of a sketchy used car dealership. Lack of follow through with the staff. My original sales advisor was great, but then he handed me off to one of the more experienced salesman, who put me through 2 hours of high pressure sales tactics. Did NOT honor the price they quoted me originally, even after I double checked with them before going home to bring in my car to trade in. Total bait and switch. I still brought the car because my wife really wanted it. They did give me a certificate for free detailing/tank of gas, but only wanted to give a verbal agreement for it. I had to call and email them multiple times to get them to honor that promise. Advise for potential buyers: Go with an established Mercedes dealership in the Bay Area instead. Read the yelp reviews of this dealership (I should have before buying the car). Or go with a BMW or Audi from Niello of Sacramento. Their experience was 100% better, no bait and switch, no high pressure, scammy tactics. Honored all promises made to me. Or if you really want a Mercedes, even consider going through somewhere like CarMax. Advise for the dealership: Read your yelp reviews. They are terrible. Look at the problems identified by your customers ands fix them. More
