Extremely poor service delivery Theres no point to bring your vehicle in this dealership anymore for any service to be done to your mercedes benz. Going straight to thr point: Sevice advisor main excuse ALWAYS is that they are ALWAYS swamped. You can never be TOO BUSY. It's a service department for goodness sake. What do you expect?? Extremely poor delivery and false promises and expectations. I have taken multiple of my vehicles in for sevces and both came out without complete repairs, and the promise that the parts will be orders for repairs to ve completed. One of my cars went in mid Summer, until now, Dec 2019, no parts, no follow up form service advisor. Despite calling in numerous times inquiring about this pending repair, noone seems to know that parts were even ordered by service advisor. Looks like they weren't planning on repairing my vehicle. Same thing with my other vehicle, went in Sept 2019 and UNTIL now, Dec 2019, no follow up from service advisor. Despite numerous attempts to contact and requesting for status of yet ordered parts to complete repair. nothing. everything I call and speak with their operator even oarta dept, they don't seem to see any parts ordered yet again about the repairs I've inquired about. Even got MBUSA involved and they promised they will rectify and have their service manager (to whom is a JOKE) call me to follow up, guess what!? NONE of that happen. All on all, dont waste your time with this dealership. Give elsewhere. This place has literally turned into a dump. Poor customer service in of itself. I am not even giving a star review. They dont deserve even 1 More
