A couple commitments were made, and not honored in a timely manner as agreed by both parties, and that was a disappointment. Being told certain commitments weren't made when they were in writing by a manager made the experience even worse. Allowing automobile purchased without defects, or damages to leave dealer when they knew about the damages was also a terrible and unprofessional thing to do. Under no exceptions in my worldview is it ok for a car dealer to misrepresent, lie, and not live up to their end of an agreement. To do over again, I'd have gone elsewhere. I do not appreciate behavior that doesn't align with the brand reputation, and having had multiple Mercedes Benz products for almost 40 years, I feel I have right to this opinion. More

Great service on Recall for software update. I had a great experience with a professional staff. I was just in for a Recall on my Sprinter, required by the DMV before I could re-register it for I had a great experience with a professional staff. I was just in for a Recall on my Sprinter, required by the DMV before I could re-register it for the year. We appear to have a problem with the updated software so I do have to drive 2 hours each way and spend an unpredictable time to see what the problem is, but I am confident they will figure out the problem and get me back on the road. More
This dealership seems to care less and less every day. This dealership is disorganized and doesn’t seem to care about you if you own work Sprinter Vans. They wouldn’t even respond to an email I sent to them looking for help with issues I have had with their service. They also are charging for warranty work when they should not be. They seem to be pretty jaded over here as their aren’t many places to have Sprinters serviced. I’m guessing if I was having a $150k AMG serviced they would correct address problems and concerns. I do not recommend this dealership for Sales or Service. Go to Stockton. More

Extra Care I went in for a recall on airbags. I was able to wait and they completed the service in under 2 hours. When I left, I noticed that they replaced the I went in for a recall on airbags. Totally unexpected and very welcome! More
