The sales staff I dealt with - - especially Brett Kellner - - were all exceptionally professional, straightforward and polite. Once we agreed on price, the rest was a piece of cake -they arranged to have a courtesy car meet my flight into Sacramento and take me to the dealership. There everything was ready to go and the paperwork took only a few minutes. They also put a fresh coat of wax on the car for me, and gave me a quick demo of how the control systems work before I hit the road back to LA. The car did not have a spare key or an owner's manual in it when I picked it up, so Brett had to obtain them for me. Even though he ended up having to order both from MBZ, a process that took several weeks, he took care of these things without complaint and with commendable diligence, keeping me apprised of the status along the way and sending the stuff by Fedex to expedite things. It was a pleasure to receive such professional treatment. Many other car dealers/salesmen would have blown me off once they had my money. So nice to deal with folks who put the customer first! More

Rudy at finance gave me a break on extended service and warranty after paying dealer markup over MSRP on brand new in demand 2020 GLE. There was a team after sale to help me understand all the new features and technology in the car as a follow up appointment. More

Terrible service and experience I had to wait ages with no information at all. They gave my car back 2 times full of dust and I complained about it, they told me that they going to c I had to wait ages with no information at all. One time they replaced 2 socket of power of my car ( out of warranty) I don’t know why, the manager told me that will cost $ 300 and he charged me $580. I couldn’t believed it and he ended up charging me 330 dollars. I bought my car in Boston, I needed to get my car to the service around 3 times and they gave me an outstanding service, but here it’s just the opposite. Lastly, I feel that I didn’t have enough luck with my mercedes. More
