Booking a service needs better conmunication within your ope I scheduled an annual service and made the appointment on time bit the service advisor ssid they had no such appointment listed on his schedule. It was for 7 :30 am and was told they could fit it in by closing on that day. While I was trying to reshuffle my work load for the day, another advisor told me they found my request for 7:30 and could pick up my vehicle in 3 hours as scheduled. This was very upsetting, to say the least and disappointed in your operation. More

Amazing Customer Service My wife and I bought our first vehicle vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento and we can both say with confidence this was the most incredible care My wife and I bought our first vehicle vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento and we can both say with confidence this was the most incredible care buying experience. We initially went on a Saturday night to just explore our options and we were met by an incredible salesman who was very informative and applied zero pressure. He let us test drive cars and made us feel so comfortable. We left that night saying if we bought a car it would be from this amazing dealership. We returned approximately 1 week later, again at the end of the day, and test drove more cars and ultimately left with an incredible SUV. Our salesman Eric was the absolute best. He was just as informative as the first gentleman and was supportive of our process and once again applied zero pressure. Eric, the dealership manager and the financial member stayed after hours to help us complete a deal that made us feel very good and respected. I wish I could remember each persons name that we dealt with because they were so kind and supportive throughout this process. Rest assure you will not find a better vehicle manufacture or dealership than Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento. We will be customers for life! More

Service I picked up my car from having service done and there was no one available to speak with me about questions that I had. The young lady told me there was only one person and he was busy, but that I could wait a while. I didn't have the time to wait any longer and had to leave. No one called to follow up either and she said she would let him know I had questions. thank you. More

Good and bad The advisor is always nice and helpful; easy to schedule and shuttle is always nice, they even Ubered me back to pick up my Smart Fortwo. Unfortunately, as a former ASE service technician, I feel like I was charged “customer pay” for what was a design flaw. ($90 to reattach a rear washer hose) and should have been covered under warranty. Typical bean counter move. More
