Roger was awesome with the entire process for getting my vehicle service. He is the only reason I will consider continuing to do business with this dealership. I was told my vehicle would be ready for picku vehicle service. He is the only reason I will consider continuing to do business with this dealership. I was told my vehicle would be ready for pickup at 1pm. I arrived at 2:30 and had my service paid for at 2:35. I was told the vehicle was not ready and was waiting to be washed. I had my 2.5 year old son with me and we waited in the waiting area to be called. I’m a military man so I have a lot of patience, but after 2.5 hours of waiting without being called I asked what was taking so long. I was told my car had been ready for some time, but they were waiting on paperwork and went to look around for it. I asked if the paperwork they were looking for was the papers I had in my hand, that were given to me two and half hours ago. They said yes, and acted confused. The man I assume was a supervisor or manager acted like it was a huge issue but didn’t say a word to me, nobody apologized, nobody did anything other than finally hand me my keys. I walked out and left with my son to deal with 5pm downtown traffic. I had several appointments scheduled that day that I was not able to keep, and not even a sorry from anybody for it. Terrible. So i called / put in an appointment in the begginging of the month was tossed from 3 different advisors within an amount of 2-3 weeks leaving me very unsure multiple double texts on my end , no loaners avai the month was tossed from 3 different advisors within an amount of 2-3 weeks leaving me very unsure multiple double texts on my end , no loaners available & failure too update me on atleast an estimated time for pick up or even getting into the dealership. i do understand people were possibly sick and or out etc but on my end could have been compensated for it atleast which i was last time when i was sent to the wrong address honestly my first experience was good but from then on i question if i want too return also was hearing advisors arent changed unless requested by the customer wondering why that was a thing as well More

Jack is an amazing Master, service advisor. He’s always takes great care of me when my car needs to be service. I never have to wait to long. Always has everything ready for me.
