Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento *DONOTGO* I had scheduled a service maintenance 12 days prior to my appointment for September 16 at 1:45pm with advisor Jason Haber. As I arrive to the drop off I had scheduled a service maintenance 12 days prior to my appointment for September 16 at 1:45pm with advisor Jason Haber. As I arrive to the drop off location for my car to get serviced the workers are having trouble finding my appointment after even though I have a confirmation email of my appointment and a email from Jason regarding my service in the future. As the worker At the drop off area for the cars tells me to wait inside I hear the workers say my advisor Jason Haber is not here at Mercedes today. As I wait for 20 minutes they tell me they had received no appointment regarding my information and their online scheduling service isn’t up to par. This is unacceptable having the Mercedes motto as the best or nothing and the unhelpful customer service since I’m from Oregon and had scheduled this appointment since I am visiting in California. This Mercedes is an absolute joke I had to take lots of time out of my day to accommodate for the online appointments are available. More
didn't fix my problemm I had my car towed in twice for electrical issues. The first time it was thee for more than 2 weeks and an electric fan was replaced and the car was r I had my car towed in twice for electrical issues. The first time it was thee for more than 2 weeks and an electric fan was replaced and the car was returned. I was having problems with the convertible top sticking but they couldn't reproduce the problem. The second time I !!had it towed in they couldn't find a reason for the problem. It was assumed it was the push button start so I was told to use the key from now on, which actually has resolved the issue but the push button SHOULD work. The convertible top still sticks and that was not fixed because the "couldn't duplicate" the problem. I picked the car up after having in the shop for over 2 weeks again and when in the parking lot of the dealership I tried to put the top down and it got stuck partially open. It was a Saturday and when I went in the cashier asked the mechanic to check it out and he made a face and said he was too busy to look at it and wouldn't come out. I finally got it closed by banging on it. The service "appears" to be good because everyone is nice and the service rep seemed really concerned but in the long run the service really isn't what you'd expect from a high end dealership. I bought my car used so I suppose I'm not as important as a customer that buys the car new from them but it's still an expensive Mercedes and service is far from inexpensive. I'm really disappointed and will look elsewhere for future service. I really don't think I would buy a new car from them either. More

Awesome Experience!! I had a complicated situation with the lease on my CLA with being over the miles. First Time Service This was my first time getting service at your dealership, your appointment scheduler was very helpful and Patrick was initially helpful and courteous This was my first time getting service at your dealership, your appointment scheduler was very helpful and Patrick was initially helpful and courteous. However, I was told I could not get my vehicle the same day because Patrick told me they wanted to clean my vehicle (no problem). When I picked up my vehicle the next morning my vehicle was not clean and the driver side area and rear passenger area was covered in black grease/smut. I did not initially notice until when I was driving I noticed black grease all over my hands from the steering wheel. I called Patrick and left him a message regarding this but never received a return call. I had to scrub my carpet, steering wheel, and plastic areas to remove the grease (should not have had to do this). Just wanted to let you know, not sure I will be returning to your dealership in the future and will most likely drive elsewhere for my future sales and service needs. More
