Need to get new service center built! I have been coming to this dealership for 15 years. I trust the service techs and am 95% satisfied with things for the most part. Misleading Or issue is with our salesman. He totally lied! He told us our vehicle was equipped with features that we found out weeks later, it was not. He said Or issue is with our salesman. He said if we completed a survey, he promised to give us a rear pad for the cargo area, and deliver it to our home. That never happened. Ultimately, the vehicle he sold us, was not the one we thought we were buying. We bought a 2020 GLE 350. There was no delivery walk through,( wasn’t offered the day of purchase) and our salesperson did not go over the vehicle. He could have done this while we waited on the financing rep, and THEN would have realized it was missing what he said it had, likely not purchasing it. Those missing features were ones that were important in our decision. The BIG question here, is this the sales tactics of this salesman? On a positive note, We did have a good overall experience purchasing this car. Everyone was very friendly. Julie was super sweet, and the Manager was excellent (forgot his name) When we returned last Sunday to our appointment with Zach, he was so patient and went through everything on the car with us. More
