However, I was told I could not get my vehicle the same day because Patrick told me they wanted to clean my vehicle (no problem). When I picked up my vehicle the next morning my vehicle was not clean and the driver side area and rear passenger area was covered in black grease/smut. I did not initially notice until when I was driving I noticed black grease all over my hands from the steering wheel. I called Patrick and left him a message regarding this but never received a return call. I had to scrub my carpet, steering wheel, and plastic areas to remove the grease (should not have had to do this). Just wanted to let you know, not sure I will be returning to your dealership in the future and will most likely drive elsewhere for my future sales and service needs. More
