Frankly, I feel like I wasted 5 hours of my time away from my business for something that should have been done when I bought the car. I also explained that the side window on the drivers side had an air leak and that was not fixed and now it rattles too! Now I have to make another trip to the dealer to deal with something that should have been done it the car was in the shop. I was assured it was a "quick fix". More

The salesman requested some assistance from management, but to no avail. I even suggested splitting the cost. Nope. Plus the car needed a thorough cleaning on the inside to remove the dog hair, and the outside had road tar along the lower rocker panels. So I had fun with that. Come on Man! With a little effort, this could’ve been a five-star experience for everybody. Carvana would have been a better choice. Dealers just can’t help being Stealers, even MBZ. Which is probably why most of them are operating at a net loss these days. Good luck. I highly suggest before buying any late-model European use car, you have the service department run all diagnostics and print out the results showing no latent codes or defects in writing...would’ve save me 500 bucks. More

Not a great experience... my car was there for a week. I will say that most are friendly and attentive, but my service person Patrick was either overworked or underprepared to manage the duties of his job. I will say that most are friendly and attentive, but my service person Patrick was either overworked or underprepared to manage the duties of his job. Communication was always laking and/or incorrect, his behavior when pressured was rude and I left with more questions than I started with. I came in for an airbag recall and for an engine error light diagnosis. I needed to pinpoint the location of a vacuum leak or faulty value. The error light only stated that the issue was related to the exhaust. Fixing the Cadillac converter was only one part of the problem, Patrick assured me that with a diagnosis we would have the info for what value and hoses needed replacing. It is an old 2004 car, so there are some items that could use replacement, but function well enough for a small town commuter car. 200 dollars later I was told that my tires need replacing, my brakes and suspension need work, and there is something wrong with my exhaust. I came in with that information and they charged me 200 dollars to tell me what I already knew... they apologized for Patrick and kept my car additional weekend and that they did not know what issue to explore so they gave me a general diagnosis, they said this time they would look at the info I asked for and isolate the problem... after which they failed to call me as promised, I called them and they said they needed another day, I said fine, they said my car was ready and again gave me no info on what the issue was other than to say they could fix it for said amount of dollars... 1200 plus dollars or so... other than wash my car I highly doubt they performed any useful analysis of my vehicle. they all lied, and I went to another local Mercedes mechanic place and they fixed the problem for 480 dollars, car runs great now! DO NOT GO TO THERE DEALERSHIP, folks are rude, slow and incompetent... More
