Still not aligned completely That alignment indicates an improvement, however it still goes to the left. If you let go of the steering wheel the car will go left. Tim Snider was the epitome of a used car salesman Could have been a 4 star. Tim's reluctance to respond after the sale soured the experience. Trying to get a response on when my car would be delivered Could have been a 4 star. Tim's reluctance to respond after the sale soured the experience. Trying to get a response on when my car would be delivered and also the status of the owners manual was almost an exercise in futility. All it would have taken to make it a 4 star experience would have been phone calls with updates. The public perception of a used car salesman was in full view. More

Threat after threat Overall my experience purchasing a vehicle at Mercedes Benz of Sacramento was great. John Koponen, the sales representative, was very professional , polite and extremely helpful. Rudy Castillo, the finance manager, was also polite and helpful. Although they were both professional we did encounter some verification of employment problems with the finance company provided. After almost a month we were informed that we had to return the vehicle due to this problem, it was a Tuesday. My partner and I were on a business trip therefore we were not able to return the vehicle at that exact moment. After a few days go by, it’s now Friday, we receive several phone calls.. DURING WORK HOURS, around 1pm. Then we receive a voicemail. Michael Marquez not only threatened us to call the authorities he also lied by saying they had tried to get a hold of us ALL week when in reality we got a call on Tuesday and then several calls during work hours on Friday. We DID NOT commit a crime for him to to threaten to call the authorities. During my parner’s break he called Michael back. Around 4pm. He was told that Micheal had left early. He then left a voicemail for a sales manager. The next day again we receive a few phone calls during work hours.. THIS TIME SOME LADY WHO DIDN’T SAY HER NAME IN THE VOICEMAIL THREATENS TO CALL A REPO COMPANY IF WE DON’T RETURN THE CAR RIGHT AWAY. Finally my partner was able to call her and spoke to her. I understand that something went wrong and we had to return the vehicle but it was past the 10 days of purchase. The point is we DID NOT have to threatened as if we are CRIMINALS. More

2015 Mini Cooper I wen to look a a mini cooper and end up purchasing the vehicle... First deal the sales manager asked was if they replace the steering wheel Cover si I wen to look a a mini cooper and end up purchasing the vehicle... First deal the sales manager asked was if they replace the steering wheel Cover since it was cracked in two places will i buy the car and of course i said yes... We shook hand and made the deal did all the paperworks and put the downpayment... After all was done and contract signed, Internet Sales Manager told me that i had to drive the car off to the parking lot to make the purchase official by law which i did and then parked it back in their parking lot so that i can go back in the afternoon to pick it up... So I went back that afternoon Internet Sales Manager told me that it cost $1200 to replace so they will not replace it... Now I know why that sales person wanted me to drive it off their parking lot right away, coz they had no plans of replacing the steering wheel cover... Good Ol Car Salesman tactics talk just to sell the car... Very Very disappointed... Secondly, when purchasing a vehicle at the dealership it has to be oil changed and put into safe running condition... Well guess what i check the oil 2 weeks ago and the oil is black and i just put about 400 miles since i purchased the vehicle last month in July and 400 miles will not make the oil turn black at all... that tells me that no maintenance was done on the vehicle prior to selling it to the customer. With this experience... Not recommended and i hope the management see this post and contact me about this... More

Rogue service rep - Patrick My Mercedes R350 was driven to the MB of Sacramento in late June for the car tilted to one side. The Rep there diagnosed the car for $190 and then to My Mercedes R350 was driven to the MB of Sacramento in late June for the car tilted to one side. The Rep there diagnosed the car for $190 and then told us a list of things to repare. Besides they said the airbag suspension needs adjustment, he suggested another $1200 repair including all four tire air pressure sensors (only 1 not operative) and also a cap to fix the engine oil leak. I agreed to have the airbag issue fixed and also the oil cap, for $770. Upon picking up the car in 3 to 4 days, right before we went off for vacation, I found that the tail gate door started to fail to operate. I brought the car, in , they outright denied it's they caused it, even though they clearly washed the trunk and got a windshield sun shade stuck in the latch -- which might have caused it, or at least they were able to open it when they had the car. I emailed to the service manager and she talked to the service rep who again denied it. There wasn't much we could do, so we just plan to let it go. Then, after about a week, we found the airbag suspension issue wasn't fixed, it came back with the same problem of tilting to one side. I brought the car back, and they agreed to diagnose again. It turned out it the airbag was leaking and they did not check carefully to see it (actually it was already diagnosed by another mechanic before I brought the car into the dealer as my simple mind thought the dealer would do a better job). They demanded another $1300 to replace the airbag, and after a long discussion, the service rep agreed to do it for $950 plus tax. This trend out to be disastrous and the confidence was destroyed. We thought we would just take the car to another mechanic who charge less and hasn't done wrong yet. I phoned the rep to ask him to cover the cost of the diagnosis and airbag adjustment ($380 in total), and he refused, and I asked to speak to the manager. He said I could just come in to pick up the car and speak to the manager. And he would order a Lift for me. I saw a lyft car, and then a few minutes later, the lyft was cancelled. When I was just got a family member to lift me to the dealership, I saw another Lyft car was ordered and I took the Lyft ride to the dealership. I saw this rep and he told me he had spoken with the manager and they would mail a check of $190. So I picked up the car and left. They deliberately adjust the car so high on one side and so low on the other that the car almost rolled over on the way home. I took the car to another mechanic and got it fixed the next day for much less money. And the check never came!! I came into the dealer and the receptionist said she would ask the rep to call, but he never called either. I have purchase 3 MB in the past and worked with 3 different service departments of MB dealers, they were always quite trustworthy -- this one is totally out of line, a huge surprise to us. As today, I am still waiting for the check before I take many more actions to right the wrongs this rogue rep caused me. More
