Best new vehicle purchase experience EVER! I found a beautiful e53 with the feature set that I wanted on Autotrader. Unfortunately, I live the bay area and the vehicle was at Mercedes of Sac. I contacted them just to get some info on payments, etc. My sales consultant was Tim, who exceeded all expectations. He explained everything about the car and financing options. He worked with me and my budget to create a well-balanced scenario. He accommodated my travel schedule and preferred method of communication and once we had a deal, his awesome team delivered the vehicle to my house!!! Now that's service!
