Sucks last time I came I told them that my transmission was slipping they didn't check the transmission fluid or check my transmission out I've had nothing last time I came I told them that my transmission was slipping they didn't check the transmission fluid or check my transmission out I've had nothing but problems after trading in my s55 with no problems every time I get my car back stations are changed things are wrong with it things are dented scratched weird things in my seats not a happy camper with your service department now I had to bring my car in again I pay $2,000 a month to drive this car and now you want to keep it another week ridiculous I should have never bought this car it being a demo anyways but of course your salespeople did not tell me that there was a break-in. It wasn't supposed to be downshifted with the paddle shifters until 1800 miles GM sure that didn't happen Verizon my overall experience the last time I brought it in the guy was supposed to order my headliner he dropped the ball didn't do that if you check my transmission no I dropped the ball on that too so no I would not recommend anybody to hear establishment at this point very very disappointed so it's from like 2 weeks in my car's been in there like I said every time I get it back is a problem maybe we need to start taking days off the bill two weeks as a thousand bucks at this point but I buy another car from you probably not! Not only did I get little xxxxx on my trade in which is a 2016 S550 the car that I bought the e63s was already a year old and I should have got it for about 110 Max I got it for 130,000 that's a f*** of a lot of money for this piece of s*** to be breaking down every month I've had problems with launch control , drift mode and at no time did you guys ever check my transmission pretty freaking pathetic, banging into 3rd gear hardships in the ninth hard shift downshifting into 2nd 3rd I'm not saying comfort mode turn a corner and kicking because it's slipping I'm way far from happy at this point I think you guys better be doing due diligence and quit dropping the ball at this point I don't see me keeping this car because I think it has some major problems because of the break-in. So much for your f****** 25 word minimum I have about 25,000 words 🖕 More

My car had been in your shop longer than I’ve owned it I have had by far the worst service of my life from you guys. From getting phone calls referring to someone else. Not calling me back. I’ve have to go through my friend who works for you to have my service advisor call me. My car sat in your shop for a month to receive a part. I was charged for a new battery when I knew that my car was not attended to maintain my battery in my vehicle. As I saw it in the same spot. I have had about everything but the engine replaced. I’m a 30 year old who owns a business. And if I did business like you guys do I would be broke. How you communicate to people and shuffle them around like a number is unacceptable. I’m very disappointed from a company who motto is “the best or nothing”. I go to peoples homes in Atherton (richest city in the US) and my clients see that my vehicle is in the shop all the time. I use my car advertising a luxury service to my clients. It’s even on my website and promotional video. Considering I have ten clients. That’s a potential of $250k in sales for you. But based on how long I’ve actually driven my car. They are very aware of the service you provided me. And aware you sold me a lemon. I have ask for managers to call me and yet I given the run around how they aren’t available. NOT Acceptable!!!! More
