The ride was straight fire, and my bro Clark knew what was up with it, he was dropping knowledge on me like he was a straight-up Mercedes-Benz Professor! I knew I had to have it, so we had to figure out the financing; my pal Ken Sammut hollered at me, "Don't even worry about it, bro, I got that financing on lock for ya" (I may be paraphrasing) - and he did, he made it rain with the loan applications and pretty soon we had the contract all signed and dated! My man Ken and I got to talking, and it turns out that dude's taste in literature is on fleek - I was reading Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse, and my bro turned me onto another one of his books, The Glass Bead Game, which is trippy as xxxx and has got a brother pondering! P.S. they've got that dope coffee machine in the waiting area, sometimes I like to show up early to my meetings over there at the dealership and just kick back with a good book and sip on some of that fine coffee, maybe peep out that lot full of shiny new whips, mmm-mmm-mmmmm In conclusion, I'd give the dealership a score of five-outta-five, and I'd strongly urge Mr. Grinzewitsch to slide a fat raise over to my boys Clark and Ken *****/***** More

Post Sale customer service Sale process was standard any like any other dealership. However, post sale experience is not good and need alot of improvement. I bought a used T Sale process was standard any like any other dealership. However, post sale experience is not good and need alot of improvement. I bought a used Tesla - Dealership missed out alot of the items in the car. First and foremost missing wheel locks; second charging adapter that comes with the car. With wheel locks they offered to take them off so I do my own the new ones at my cost; although mistake is theirs. For the second - send two msgs but no responses. Incorrect car info provided - I was told 75D; however when I drove 150 miles and checked it was 75. My trade-in was a Benz CPO and always serviced at Mercedes; dealership can see the history by typing the VIN. Be mindful of how low ball your trade-in. No customer experience centric or focus. They need alot of training and improvement here. FYI... if you forget something is the trade-in car; don't expect it will come to you although they claim it will be sent. So please double check all.... More
Another "Excellent" service experience! I always feel like family at Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento. In my latest visit I was reporting an unusual engine sound I hadn't heard before. I did the best I could to identify the source of the sound but it took some real investigation and time on the part of the Service Techs, Gary and Troy, to locate and resolve the issue. Since I had to leave my car at the dealership during this time, Jason, my Service Advisor, without hesitation, arranged convenient shuttle transport to get me home. This was much appreciated and once again demonstrates why I'm a loyal and happy customer of Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento. More
