Poor service I always come to this service center. This experience this time was wet poor! I was initially informed that I had a free maintenance when I arrived ( I always come to this service center. This experience this time was wet poor! I was initially informed that I had a free maintenance when I arrived (after taking off a days work) I was informed that my service would be $300.00. There was no manager available to speak according to my service agent and the most he could offer was to take of $75. I did not get the service that day I spoke with the manager Chris via phone. I was than informed that I could pay $200 for the service because it was a new employee who gave me the false information. After getting the service done and picking up the car the following day the car was not cleaned , vacuumed, let alone washed ! Normally one would get a complimentary wash or detail when getting services done. I felt so robbed further more I have not heard back from the service agent that helped me to let inform me of what was done what needs to be done to my car . I will not come back to this location More

Mostly great service I have brought my car to this dealer for service a few times. Each time it's been mostly ok, but each time there's also been something missed. You think at MB each visit would be 100% complete, or someon would follow up until it is. I'll continue to go back for the friendly service, quality of products and ease of coordination, but will lower my expectations. More
