Windshield Crack When I dropped off my vehicle in the morning, I had a small, 4in crack in the windshield. When I picked up my vehicle that evening, the crackhead spre When I dropped off my vehicle in the morning, I had a small, 4in crack in the windshield. When I picked up my vehicle that evening, the crackhead spread to the middle of the window and was approximately 20 in long. No one called me throughout today to tell me what had happened. When I arrived at the dealership, one of the salesperson's said the car washer probably did it. That doesn't make sense since the week prior I had the vehicle completely detailed and the crack length stayed the same. I am very disappointed no one called me during the day to let me know what had happened. I feel like I was blown off by various employees. A new windshield cost over $500 and I was just not prepared to purchase one at this moment in time. I called Jason who said he would maybe contribute $50 to a new windshield. I feel like he was only trying to get me off the phone. Will probably look for a different shop to have my Mercedes serviced the next time More

I trusted them, But I feel that I was cheated. I bought the pre owned car and had the following issues 1) Just after driving 1 mile from the dealership, TPM alarm came. The alarm was suppressed t I bought the pre owned car and had the following issues 1) Just after driving 1 mile from the dealership, TPM alarm came. The alarm was suppressed to hide from me. 2) I had to get that fixed myself, spent 850$ 3) Tires were completed worn off, there were different types of tires used in all 4 wheels. 4) one tire blew up, while driving , i luckily did not meet with an accident. and my aaa helped to tow the vehicle 5) Spent 923$ to replace all 4 tires from Costco. within first 30 days of the car purchase. 6) As this car was Tesla, understandably, they said they did not know much about the car. But the sales person promised to get an appointment with Tesla to go thru the car and explain the functionality. That did not happen. 7) They also gave me only one Key and did not mention at any time that the car has only one key. More
