People are friendly but... I went in for an oil change and inspection before a long road trip. Oil change was no problem. They performed a subpar inspection though. I went in with low air pressure and a nail in my tire. No mention at all. Even stated on the work request/receipt “check air pressure and adjust as needed.” Makes me wonder what else they missed. On top of that, a known issue with this car is happening to mine. The code is camshaft position sensor, which turns out to be the camshaft adjusters are bad and need to be replaced. Keep in mind this car only has 66k miles on it. $4900 fix for it! I expect something like this from Kia or Honda, but not Mercedes!? More

Scratches on the paint in 2 areas, They damaged the door operation, and metal entrance foot plate. Liquid left on the passenger front seat caused it to buckle and left brown spots on the seat. Equipment used inside damaged the door opening. Jason was extremely rude and dishonest. We were given another customers pick up paperwork and told to “ go get the car” Worst customer service. More

Before I went to my service appointment, I sent Efrain Vasquez an email to find out the details of what to expect for the service visit. Efrain has taken care of me since I purchased the car 4 years ago and he is absolutely my favorite person. He gave me the detailed service information and advised me that he would be off on the day of my appointment but that I would be in good hands with Cecilia Salgado. He was right. Cecilia was wonderful and kept me updated on the vehicle progress through completion. All that changed when my husband and I went "just to look" at a new A220. We had heard great things about it and wanted to see it. We had been toying with the idea of trading our 2013 Accord. We were approached immediately by a smiling salesman (Abe) who led us to a car. From that moment on we were so pleased with the manner of the salesperson throughout the process that we were amazed that we actually enjoyed the experience. As we drove away in our new A220 we couldn't have been more pleased. And still are. Thank you, Abe. And thank you, Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento! More
Typical Everyone we talked to were pleasant and not pushy. However, there were a number of instances where the staff was either ignorant or not truthful. First salesman said the used car would get new tires second salesman said no. Second salesman said we could get the car within an agreed upon price range, however after returning from lunch we were told the boss said no. Both salesman said we would get one year complete warranty. Finance person said, halfway through signing papers, that the warranty was not available because an airbag replacement was not available. Typical car sales BS not that big of a deal. Sorry I went over the limit More
