Poor service has been a constant in my experience with them Where to begin? Problems with the transmission on my brand new Sprinter. Service found that everything was in fact perfect. Since then I've had the Where to begin? Problems with the transmission on my brand new Sprinter. Service found that everything was in fact perfect. Since then I've had the same problem again. Requested that service find the source of a ticking sound while the vehicle was moving slowly. Told me they couldn't hear it. Funny; I can. Needed a small tailpipe repair. Called ahead to make sure that the dealership would do this on a Sprinter-based Winnebago Era motorhome. I was assured on the phone that they would. "We work on these all the time." Was assured by the service writer when I dropped the vehicle off that they'd take care of it. A day went by. Then I was called and told that the dealership would not work on the exhaust system since it was "after market." Or how about the time I took a Mercedes sedan for the normal maintenance, which of course includes oil and filter change. When I picked the car up I as told that they didn't replace the filter because they didn't have any in stock. Gee. I can think of several places where someone might be able to get a Mercedes oil filter on short notice. So, no. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, and have decided never to go back. More
