Poor customer service Customer service was poor which has happened with my last two service appointments. I’m told one amount and then end up paying 130% more. Which I don’t mi d just tell me upfront and not have me expecting the lessor amount. The second thing is the coupons when a customer has a coupon the service assistant should do everything to honor it not tell them if you find the email then I’ll apply it. But not mention anything on the service order when it’s time to pay. Frustrating and expected better cimmunication from the MB brand. Very disappointed customer will go out of my way to another dealer for service next time. There was also a dent on my car that my children noticed that was not there when I brought it in. More
