2nd poor experience with Mercedes of Sacramento in less 2 Again, for the 2nd time in less than 2 years of purchasing with the same dealership a poor experience overall. I am not one to take the time to write letters, or send emails about service, but I did to the owner of this Mercedes dealership in 2017. I thought I'd give Mercedes of Sacramento sales and financial department a 2nd chance only to be disappointed again. The lack of service, and little follow up after the purchase still occurs. The service department is great! and has been. Real nice people, but as far as what one would consider or expect in Mercedes customer service and follow up not here. I had to initiate myself several texts and calls, even again with upper management. More

Sales Department lack of follow through I purchased a vehicle at the end of October and am disappointed in the sales service. My salesperson did not follow up without me needing to contact h I purchased a vehicle at the end of October and am disappointed in the sales service. My salesperson did not follow up without me needing to contact him several times for items promised. Even in the initial interest in the vehicle there was slow follow through. To date some of the items requested still have not been delivered. There are items from service on a due bill and after 5 weeks I finally got a call to take care of those items. As a new customer I would expect more responsiveness and convenient purchase experience rather than extra work and time on my part to receive what was purchased. From Mercedes I would hope for a higher quality experience than just get the sale and get her out of here. The experience with financing was excellent. I do not remember the staff members name but she was excellent and I very much enjoyed her part of the sale. I have also experienced exceptional service from the service department with a prior Mercedes and highly recommend the service department. More
