Professional, Knowledgeable, Enjoyable I've taken my CPO MB E350 to Von Housen for service since I bought the couple in 2016. The service center staff are professional, knowledgeable, and eager to please. The waiting area has an awesome espresso machine, and when needed, I always get a great loaner vehicle. I would have appreciated a phone call however it never happened. So far no one has called me regarding my concerns. I was in the dealership for FIVE plus hours, I was exhausted. I was taken advantage of, I believe. Ken in finance is very dishonest man! I paid cash and he wrote the contract -4year finance @ 1.99%. Ken charged me for a warranty I did not need nor agree to. Ken said he needed a check instead of my bank card! However did get FIVE thousand off of my card. I waited for approximately a week to get my automobile, and only after the manager intervened. I should have read the contract, that Ken so cleverly has his arm covering the financing part. I trusted him- that what he said I was signing I actually was! My fault..to trusting.I have learned a valuable lesson,. Very disappointed, . . More

Service is poor now. Picked up my car after they had it a month, receiving the wrong part 3 times. After having it a month it had greese on it & they didn’t even vacuum th Picked up my car after they had it a month, receiving the wrong part 3 times. After having it a month it had greese on it & they didn’t even vacuum the whole inside. They claim they didn’t go back there but the back was a mess & they did! Front mats not attached & all carpet dirty under them. Service has really went down hill over the last 6 months. Glad we are moving out of the area soon. More

Jack understands life happens and is always ready to go that extra mile to help his customers. Even in the event of a simple spoiler change. Rip the old one off, put the new one on. He knew I had to be at work and had a loaner car ready days in advance alowing me to continue on while his team installed the new spoiler. These guys will always have my business for Mercedes! More
