Best Experience in a very long time at a car dealership! My wife and I were looking to buy a new car, we went to Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento. We were greeted by Steve Tracy. Had the worse experience of changing my windshield , I Spent $ 1600 to change windshield, for glc and they gave me a windshield with black lines. I called MB Service center and they called me back said , I Spent $ 1600 to change windshield, for glc and they gave me a windshield with black lines. I called MB Service center and they called me back said will find a new one without black lines. 3 weeks passed and never called. Won’t change windshield but I am completely hopeless and dissatisfied with MB. I thought buying MB is going to be the best option because it’s a German car and they are very accurate and care. I have 4 cars and my MB is the only one put me in trouble multiple times, this last one was the worst experience . More
