Horrible customer service Purchased a beautiful 2016 CLA 250. The cocoa brown color is rare and hard to find I was told. I thought the car was beautiful until I brought it in o Purchased a beautiful 2016 CLA 250. The cocoa brown color is rare and hard to find I was told. I thought the car was beautiful until I brought it in one day for service at another Mercedes Benz location and they ask when the car was wrecked. What do you mean wrecked? I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle with 8k miles. Only the dealership owned this car before me. Well they informed me that whoever fixed it did a horrible job and when they repainted the entire bumper and had over spray on the rest of the car. Can’t be. I have a perfect car fax and it was inspected by Mercedes and certified. Even the paint is certified per Mercedes. Well I have been there to the Sacrament location 3 times. They will not return any phone calls. When they get there the tell me they are going to call the other Mercedes dealership but never call. I am disabled and they are putting me through this. As always the purchase is wonderful, but after you leave the lot beware. Even when you have another Mercedes dealership trying to asking you and are backing you claims, these guys are just heartless I wouldn’t trust these people. Mercedes Benz about two years old and the paint is peaking off the entire car. They have to do better than this. More

Lousy service! My vehicle was in for the second recommended service. We drove 150 miles one way for this appointment. We were told the GLS 550 needed new tires becau My vehicle was in for the second recommended service. We drove 150 miles one way for this appointment. We were told the GLS 550 needed new tires because they were starting to “wear” - with only 17,000 miles! The tires were not in stock and we were given the runaround regarding when they would arrive. We left the vehicle overnight and late into the next day. We were not told the tires had thread showing on the inside. They did not have the tires at this point either. We left without new tires in an unsafe vehicle. When we returned home, the vehicle began leaking oil in the garage. We will never return to this service department! Lousy service, poor workmanship, and lacking in straightforwardness. More

As a Mercedes-Benz owner that has taken my vehicle all around the continental United States on many cross country trips, I can honestly say that I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing a variety of dealerships and their sales+service teams. As for the service team, it seems to me like they are way too busy or just don’t care. The wonderful young ladies (and men) that check you in are exceptional. The service advisors, however, are not. It takes many days for them to return your calls and assess the situation. If you tell them you want something done on the vehicle and are willing to pay for that service, they should do it; not try to convince you otherwise. When a service provider gives you information about your vehicle without even looking at it first is when I really start to question the service and raise some red flags. They hardly ever take the necessary care expected in cleaning the interior of your vehicle; I strongly believe that one must double check everything (with pictures, mind you), before dropping the vehicle off and upon picking it up. Every time I get service at that location, I can’t help but feeling that they want you in and out as quick as possible without regard to the quality of the job... Quality being what one would expect to be of utmost importance and any and ALL Mercedes-Benz dealerships. More
