difficult I dropped my car off at 9am for service and a repair estimate. I got a call at 5pm it was ready, which with traffic that time a day I couldn't make it back in time to pick it up. Getting a ride in the morning from you was a complete debacle. As for the repair estimate, it took 3 emails and 3 phone calls from my insurance agent and 2 calls and 2 emails from me to finally get a partial estimate. The estimate was for parts no labor listed and no total summary. I did finally get an email stating what the labor would be but most insurance companies like everything in writing not email conversations. .I'm assuming you are too busy to deal with the repair. I have now tried to set a appointment for the repair through your website, I guess someone will call me some day for that. I prefer to call and make an appointment but I can't be on hold for that long. More
Issue still persist. I initially brought my vehicle in because there was vibration of the steering wheel and the front suspension it felt like, this only occurred at hwy s I initially brought my vehicle in because there was vibration of the steering wheel and the front suspension it felt like, this only occurred at hwy speeds. I was told I just needed new tires. I purchased the tires and the issue was still there but this time the steering wheel was off center. I had to come back for a wheel alignment. After riding with one of the mechanics that was what he recommended. I did as recommended and now the steering is off center to the right and the vibration still exist at highway speeds sometimes. More

He’s the one advisor that never quits until you are truly satisfied with all the work done to your vehicle. He has a knack of getting to know his customers’ level of expectation and tries to go above and beyond them. The service team he works with not only strive to get repairs done but gets the work done right the first time. Although my car has stayed at the shop longer than I would want, I know that when I receive it, all my concerns are taken care of. I highly recommend Michael and his team to anyone wanting service excellence. As the slogan goes, the best or nothing! More

We were never notified about financing changing from Pacific Service Credit Union to Scho Na Yang put $25,000 down on a 2016 Mercedes 450 GL 4matic. We were never notified about financing changing from Pacific Service Credit Union to Schools Credit Union. The worse part is having the finance person asking is to pay the first months payment of $516.11. We never asked him to “make a payment” for us. That should be between Schools Credit Union and the customer. It is the finance director’s job to get the deal bought at a bank not the customer’s. More

When I arrived at the dealership The staff at Mercedes Sacramento was professional and worked with me to find the car I wanted and within my budget. When I arrived at the dealership the car was ready and after we agreed on a price, I was sent right into finance. Typically a car buying experience can be stressful and very long but the staff at Mercedes made my experience pleasant, fast, and efficient. I would highly recommend this dealership and will continue to be a member of the Mercedes family, after my lease expires. Also, I do not remember his name but the technician who did the overview of Apple car play and the car's feature was very professional and explained the new technology very well. More
