Horrible service experience He seemed condescending and I got bad customer service ... waiting over 3 hours for a job he said would take 1.5 hours. good customer service I wished that I just worked with Patrick because I could rate the dealership with five stars. If it wasn't for him I would rate it 2 stars...because I really had a very unpleasant experience with another employee who didn't returned my calls and he never followed up with my appointments. When I mentioned that I purchased another year an extended warranty on my car for which I paid $106,000.00 he said they were not supposed to extend the warranty because the repairs will cost alot and the engine is so heavy and the mounts on the car will go bad...even if you think like that you do not tell to your customers... Instead Patrick is a very soft and pleasant person and it is a pleasure to do business with him... I will go back to do all the service on my car. Didn’t even look at my car and tried to sell me $4k worth of Brought my car in with a complaint of a noise. They called me and said the fix is a costly one at nearly $4,000. I just bought this car. They did give me a loaner and allowed me to keep it a few days. After thinking it over I decided to pick up my vehicle. I was told it needed the camshaft adjusters replaced at minimum as well as a brake fluid service and the front tires need to be replaced. After paying the $190.00 for the diagnostic I looked at the repair order and after reviewing it I had some questions. The tech marked the brake fluid good. Also the front tires were recently replaced within the last 3 months. The repair order also reads they removed the valve cover to verify the camshaft adjusters were bad. After looking at the valve cover it was very apparent the valve cover had never been touched let alone removed. All of this was documented by Scott Baylis I’m very disappointed and I feel like I’ve been lied to. Someone needs to make this right!!! More
