Service Unworthy of the Mercedes Brand I'm shocked at all the five star reviews here. I've had bad experiences here before, but this is the first time I've ever taken time out of my day t I'm shocked at all the five star reviews here. I've had bad experiences here before, but this is the first time I've ever taken time out of my day to rant about it. The experience I had was horrible. The customer service is rude, and condescension is apparently their specialty. My car was in for service. I was waiting and wanted to ask about some of the rims that are displayed on the wall in the customer lounge. What I received from the individual that pretended to help me was resistance, condescension, unsolicited opinion and negativity. I used to suffer from the naïve idea that salespeople are supposed to make sure the deal gets done. This lady went out of her way to kill the deal. I got the impression that she did not want to give me the information I was requesting. In addition, she directly and critically questioned me in front of other customers Bottom line: go there if you must, but don't ask anyone any questions and certainly don't expect them to show you any courtesy while you ask about spending money in their business. In fact, be ready to justify yourself if you dare ask for any information! More

I took the time to let him know what I was looking for and the price range he didn't seem interested in thinking I must have been crazy. but the crazy person (me) found a newer car at another Mercedes dealership for the price range I wanted. Not once did he touch base with me telling me i'm looking for you or I haven't found anything. no phone contact whatsoever. I ended up getting the payment I wanted and even bought an extra 2 years warranty. this is my 3rd Mercedes I was just disappointed in the salesman not reaching out. his last name was Liu I threw his card away thinking i'm the customer why should I call him they get a commission for the sales. just my opinion. More

Lots of bad, but two people were great First, I decide to go and check the SL550 I saw on sale online, meet with Clark C. the internet sales manager and was greeted well, then the drama sta First, I decide to go and check the SL550 I saw on sale online, meet with Clark C. the internet sales manager and was greeted well, then the drama starts by not caring to listen to anything and does the opposite, could not even take the car on the highway to test it.. Then runs my credit after telling him I am just looking to see the cost, and places over 12 inquiries on my credit report. Does not return emails on time, does not call, his replies are with OK, Yes, No, no details.. you have to repeat yourself million times and still does the opposite.. I almost lost my Home Mortgage loan which was closing in few days due to not listening to me.. On top of that, Clark decides to cc some unknow person on all emails with my private address, car information and my phone number, He made a mistake and many you can read above.. he is on another planet, avoid him, not only that, he and Brett Kellner do not know anything about the cars he is selling when you ask a question, typical bad sales person(s).. I don't get it. The car came with other wheels, and they only discounted $1000.. Then you call the manager Micheal Marquez, does not take calls, emails or replies to anything marked ASAP or not. What made this deal work, is Rudy and Julie, if it was not for them, I would have walked away. Car was delivered not detailed, on open bed not closed for 100K car, and also no manual and Key batteries DEAD, and one on its last leg.. can you trust such a dealer, I think not.. walk away Julie and Rudy worked so hard to get me a loan due to the fact I was out of sate buyer and went through many options and very CREATIVE ideas that Julie came up with negotiations with the bank.. I recommend using Safe Credit Union, very friendly and great customer service. Rudy was attentive and negotiated with safe bank about registration and title and was on the phone with them for hours. Zack was great in his car delivery communications and sent all information ontime an accurately. Overall, the car drives well and I got lucky in that sense, but if anything happens, have to go to another dealer for anytihng else or get a private mechanic.. cant trust this dealership AVOID More
