Tricksters and poor customer service The building is nice. I drove from out of town after prearrangement (and cost discussion) to have a recall issue fixed...mind you this was after wait The building is nice. I drove from out of town after prearrangement (and cost discussion) to have a recall issue fixed...mind you this was after waiting several weeks of getting the factory letter stating there was an issue. We decided to have regular maintenance WITH battery check....and a mirror fix in conjunction with the recall and quoted a reasonable sum. Arrived no one acknowledged me for about 20 min. Finally after writing a note of what I needed addressed (recall, mirror, battery, service). I put it under the wiper blades and was given a ride. When I picked it up Efrain, who game my hubby the quote was not available and Michael was NOT helpful and charged us double what we expected When I got home after a hotel night and 2 hr drive, the battery was dead, Its still dead...
