Disappointment after Disappointment Took my car in for recall work and windshield replacement. Took 5 weeks to get the glass. Waited over 30 minutes to see sales rep only to learn requested loaner not available. 20 minutes later rental vehicles also not available. Finally put in a car and told work would be done and car ready next morning. Next day show up at 3pm to pick up car and it is not ready - still in shop. This wasn't major repairs. A day later they deliver car to me at work and it has grease hand prints on glass and back fender. Not impressed. I must say that after leaving unhappy message I was called back and many apologies and free detail offered. Good job at service recovery but service was unacceptable. Will give them one more chance but they'd better shine or I'm done with Mercedes. Much better service from Neillo Audi with last car. More

service was wonderful- except overall, service was wonderful. the exception was- a problem with low tire pressure on just one tire. I repeatedly brought the car in to have the tire checked and was told the problem was "cold weather"?? I'm from NY, there we have cold weather, not in Sacramento. After ~ 9 mos, the tire was examined closely and was found to have a slow leak and needed to be replaced. Months and months of inconvenience should have been avoided by initially checking the tire More
Electrical issue The customer care was excellent but the service department was unable to isolate the electrical issue that was causing the alarm to sound unexpectedly The customer care was excellent but the service department was unable to isolate the electrical issue that was causing the alarm to sound unexpectedly without being armed. The car would not start with the push to start function but would start with the key. They had the car for almost a week and could not duplicate the trouble. I suspected the auxiliary battery was the culprit, but they were unable to definitively isolate that as the cause. I eventually had them replace the auxiliary batter on suspicion and that turned out to be the culprit. They did spend quite a bit of time trying to isolate the issue but at least they stuck to their original estimate of one hour. More

Consistently excellent I have owned my c300 for a little over a year. When I made the purchase, I had no idea that it came with white glove service. From the people who gree I have owned my c300 for a little over a year. When I made the purchase, I had no idea that it came with white glove service. From the people who greet you, to customer service reps to mechanics, I am completely impressed by their genuine care and concern for their customers. As a matter of fact, when I must bring my car in for servicing, it is a really pleasant experience. I actually look forward to it! More

We were told we would get compensation for our inconvenience. It was not just the incomplete job, it was the fact we discovered it ourselves and were not told or bill adjusted that day. The compensation they gave was not even the amount of the job they skipped, let alone the delay of our trip. Also, while on the road, we discovered the cabin filter was not done correctly. Don't know that I would go back to a Mercedes dealer for service. Jill LaVergne More
