Poor quality service After having the electronics system replaced in my car with the last service, my vehicle was returned to me with a HUGE issue: the seat controls are n After having the electronics system replaced in my car with the last service, my vehicle was returned to me with a HUGE issue: the seat controls are now functioning incorrectly! They'll shift a different part of the seat than intended (e.g.: shifting the bottom seat controls will actually lower the head rest, or the worst error -- sometimes shifting one of the seat functions will actually shift the steering wheel instead). This is the FAULT of the last service and none of my own. I should not be expected to pay for having this error fixed that was caused by the last service. So to resolve this issue, I've reached out to Jack last week, who was the rep that handled my last service, and he said he'd schedule an appointment for me the following week. But it's almost a week and I haven't heard back, so I've had to schedule it myself. I've honestly lost a lot of faith in the brand and the service this dealership provides. There's more to the sour experience of course, during the two week period my vehicle was in the shop for the last service, but I'll leave that off the books and speak to it offline if I'm asked. 8/15 -- After Jack inspected my car, he offered to fix the fault free of charge, as he later admitted that this mishap was a fault on their end. The ratings on this review were a LOT harsher across the board with 1-star ratings, but I've since boosted the review stars to more reasonable levels. While the fix and admittance to fault alleviated some personal burden, I unfortunately cannot in good conscience raise any ratings above 3 stars because of the fact that the quality of the work slipped tremendously. More
Excellent I start coming to the Sacramento location in 2013 and one of the first persons to greet me was a Efrain and his professionalism has been excellent. I've been able to either rent a car through the dealership or use the shuttle service or take a car from the dealership. My needs have always been met at the dealership. I feel that the employees are honest and have been very truthful with me when any repairs have been needed on my vehicle. More
