Went yesterday to pick up my 2nd key I didn't get at the time of purchase and it's been lost. No one let me know it wasn't there. No one let me know a refund that was promised is delayed due to someone being on vacation. Communication is horrible. More

They were very disrespectful to us and was behaving like we made a big mistake of going to this showroom and bought a pre-owned Mercedes. I felt so disrespected the time I spent there. They wanted so much our time as well. We went there 3 days straight and spent 6 hrs or more in every trip. They made us sit in 1 office and go to talk to their "Senior Manager" not sure if he even exist or was in the showroom, but they kept doing that to us for several times and wasted so much of our time. Bad Bad Bad very bad experience. Never going there again and not referring this to any of my family or friends. In fact, I will stop them going to this showroom and repeat the mistake we did. More
