No follow through on promised service We purchased out GL and as part of the negotiation, we asked that a repair be done on the rear bumper. Service and Repair Experience I had my 201 E250 Blutec in for a minor repair, which was handled professionally. During the 4 day stay at the dealership, the rear bumper of the car I had my 201 E250 Blutec in for a minor repair, which was handled professionally. During the 4 day stay at the dealership, the rear bumper of the car was slightly dented. When I called attention to the damage, the dealership immediately took ownership of the dent and have sent it for body work to completely repair the damage. It was all handled very professional and above board. More

My request took less then 1 minute for an appointment. I was greeted at the service lane and given direction to the waiting area. My service rep greeted me with a smile as always. I had only 1 concerning issue. The service tech replaced a electrical part and within 2 hours + time was give my GLA, washed and interior cleaned, back to me for service. I am very satisfied with the maintenance, the resolved concerning issue and dealership service center. More
