Emergency tire problem I had a flat tire, which I discovered a few blocks from home. I called MBrace and the dealer sent out the van to put on the spare. Even though I didn't have an appointment Cecilia was great, she got my tire fixed and I was on my way in short order. She even had my car washed. More

Efrain is the best We went in because we could not open the gas tank. We arrived unexpectedly but Efrain was able to schedule us to resolve the issue. The only drawbac We went in because we could not open the gas tank. We arrived unexpectedly but Efrain was able to schedule us to resolve the issue. The only drawback was that we were not told when the car was ready. We saw the car being parked in the pick up bay, but did not realise that was our car. But no one came along to tell the repair was complete. We finally realised it was our car and went to retrieve it. They had to open the inside of the boot and did not replace the lining of the boot. I had Mercedes Benz of San Francisco, where I bought the car take care of the inside of the boot. More

Sometimes they just do what is needed to get by I prefer to get my service elsewhere. I find that they are not always focused on the customer here and are more interested in how to get the job done I prefer to get my service elsewhere. I find that they are not always focused on the customer here and are more interested in how to get the job done with the least cost. We brought our car in for a relay issue on the windscreen. We were told the massaged the electronics. I don't even know what that means. We had to bring the care back a second time to have the relays replaced. When we did bring it back they told us they would order all three relays at once, but they ordered only 1 and they we had to leave the car there for almost a week to have it fixed. It was just a hassle and they did not seem to really care about customer service. More
