Need better customer service Had my mom's car towed in with the understanding that it would be looked at the next morning at 8am with a call afterwards to let me know what was wro Had my mom's car towed in with the understanding that it would be looked at the next morning at 8am with a call afterwards to let me know what was wrong and an estimate of cost. I waited until 1pm to call Patrick (service adviser). He did not answer. I waited another hour and called again, this time leaving a message. By 3pm I called and asked for the manager. However, I was not sent the manager but Patrick finally picked up the phone. He said we had a faulty key and need to bring in a driver's license and registration to order a new key. When I explained the titled owner (my mom) did not have a driver's license due to age he said that was the only thing accepted. When I called back and LISTENED TO THE RECORDING with instructions for ordering a key, it stated that any government issued ID would work. Patrick did not know this information. I was very weary of dealing with anymore employees at MB of Sacramento but Dakota in parts was fantastic. Dakota made the process easy and was very professional and efficient. While I would NOT recommend the service department, I would recommend parts. Please help Patrick understand that customers appreciate communication. More

Regular Service I so appreciate the professionalism & friendly staff at this location. I have gone to other locations when I couldn't get to Sacramento and did not fi I so appreciate the professionalism & friendly staff at this location. I have gone to other locations when I couldn't get to Sacramento and did not find the people or service as good as that I receive at MB of Sac. Although, my car is no longer under warrantly, I prefer to drive to Sacramento for service where I am confident in the Asst. Manager Mike Gallagher and the mechanics, I know the service I get is thorough and integrous. Thank you for the excellent service you provide. More
