Disappointed with condition of vehicle and Finance Manager I purchase a 2015 E350 Mercedes Benz sedan on 2/18/18 with the $4,500 extended warranty. I asked Ken, the finance Manager if they participated in Cost I purchase a 2015 E350 Mercedes Benz sedan on 2/18/18 with the $4,500 extended warranty. I asked Ken, the finance Manager if they participated in Costco’s auto buying program and he told me no, not for used vehicles, I found out that wasn’t true. After doing my research I decided to cancel the warranty went back to the dealership about a week later and completed cancelation paperwork, Ken wasn’t there so Rudy advised me to come back when he’s there to complete the paperwork and update my contract, to have my payments lowered. I declined to come back as I just wanted to cancel the warranty. However, Ken called me on Friday to see why I cancelled the warranty and offer me a lower rate, I declined the offer and told him that I would like to come in and redo my contract to have my payments lowered. He said that it was too late to change my contract, I told him what Rudy had told me and he still said it was too late. I told him that I was going to contact Mercedes to find out what my options were. I contacted Mercedes finance who advised me that Ken should have redone my contract to reflect the warranty removed and the new payment amount as they still have the original contract. It appears to me that he was more concerned with earning a commission than customer satisfaction. Additionally, I was so excited about the vehicle that I didn’t inspect the condition when I received it; I assumed all was well since it was a Mercedes that I purchased from the dealer. The inside of the vehicle was filthy, the seatbelts, sun visors, doors mirror everywhere you touch was dirty, the air conditioner vent was broken and my trunk don’t automatically go up without you manually lifting it. I was told that was normal, since this is the second Mercedes that I’ve purchased from a dealership I know it’s not normal and it’s still not fixed. Mercedes did however, have the vehicle detailed and fixed the broken air conditioner vent. I purchased a Mercedes because their known for their exceptional quality and excellent customer services. I must say that I’m very disappointed with my auto buying my experience from this dealership. More

Come prepared, or get taken advantage of There are a few things that upset me when negotiating a vehicle purchase. The main one being withholding information. When providing a trade-in, make There are a few things that upset me when negotiating a vehicle purchase. The main one being withholding information. When providing a trade-in, make sure you have the EXACT payoff amount for the vehicle. If you don't, this dealership will run your credit, find the amount you owe, and not tell you. If you are low on your estimate, they will withhold the information and lock you into paying out of pocket for any difference. On top of this, they will wait weeks to pay off your trade-in, causing additional interest accumulation and late fees. I traded my vehicle in on February 18th. My finance company didn't receive a 10 day payoff until early-March making me responsible for the interest and late fees. The dealership called to request the difference in my estimated value of the trade-in and what was actually owed, plus the interest and late fee. They were unwilling to explain the amount owed, why it was three weeks delayed, and why they did not inform me during the purchase of the dollar discrepancy with my trade. I refused to pay it, and their finance person was noticeably irritated. The following week a more pleasant person called back, waived the fees and accumulated interest, and apologized. The final insult was attempting to setup the "Mercedes Me" mobile app and finding the vehicle registered to someone else. I'm not sure why a vehicle at a dealership would be registered to another party, but the app allows remote locating, door unlocking, and starting. Kind of concerning! All said and done, I do not plan on buying a vehicle at this dealership in the future. Their price was at or above MSRP and their omission of information cost me additional money on my trade. I'd expect this from a used car lot, not a Benz dealership. More

Short Staffed Saturdays Service, followup and communication was horrible. I usually have great things to say about this service center. I guess a busy Saturday morning with 1 Service, followup and communication was horrible. I usually have great things to say about this service center. I guess a busy Saturday morning with 1 attendee on the schedule was the reasons why my day here was so insane. I turned my car in for a simple light bulb change. After waiting for about 4 hours. I was given a rental. The reasoning was for a recall on the steering and fluid leak. Thinking I would get my car back in a few days, I ended up getting my car back 7 days later. When I dropped off the rental to see if my car was ready. I was told to leave the keys inside the car. The keys were then given to another person with my things still inside. I had to flag down the guest who was about to drive away to pop the trunk and open doors so I can get my belongings out. The rental was not ready to be given to the next guest. It took over an hour to see what was going on with my car. Again they had one person working on a busy Saturday morning and he looked completely overwhelmed. The service man who was helping out the week prior was out sick. The service person helping me this time had no clue if the car was ready or not. He stated that he guesses my car is ready and gave me my keys. He stated that he will email me the service report. Til this day the service report has yet to be received. I do not know what was done to my vehicle or if the problems were even corrected. The service light still remains on. It seems like my car is worse than when I turned it in the first time. My starter seems like its going out, my tire pressure light remains on and my car squeaks at times. I am so unhappy about the service I received. More
