Car Devalued $1500 while in their care. Mother had a car that she took care of that had only 60,000 miles in 14 years and parked in the garage when not driven. Kelly Blue Book had the value Mother had a car that she took care of that had only 60,000 miles in 14 years and parked in the garage when not driven. Kelly Blue Book had the value at trade-in for dealer for excellent $2901 and private at $5926. Went in to have her vehicle serviced for the value of $200 (which they where kind of enough not to charge her) and got back a car that was devalued at $1,500. The Mercedes Benz in Sacramento did not want to anything to do with helping her except to sweep her out the door with the words “Sorry”. They did try and sell her a car that was worth $50,000. True story. Not worth doing business. Just because you may look pretty and charming on the outside doesn’t mean your the same on the inside. Never will do business with them and will recommend others to do the same. She did not write this review as she was fearful of reprisal. More

Drove 2 hrs to an appointment and Natalie was a no show. Had the car deceived to us so we set an appointment with the delivery specialist Natalie. Drove down to Rocklin from Incline Village for the appointm Had the car deceived to us so we set an appointment with the delivery specialist Natalie. Drove down to Rocklin from Incline Village for the appointment to find Natalie was not there and Jessica was also not available. No one seemed to know about the scheduled appointment. Clark Courtney in Sales was great when we bought the car. More
