The finance tries to shove the portfolio warranty and prepaid mai The sales team is great at selling the cars, it’s my second GLA 250 within 6 months. The finance tries to shove the portfolio warranty and prepaid maintenance down the customers throat. On Oct 13th I did the paperwork for a refund on my extended warranty, Rudy said it would be 6 to 8 weeks. I called on Dec 12th, some finance lady got all mad and said 8 weeks would be on the 13th and here it is the 27th of Dec and I still received my refund on the prepaid maintenance, $1675. More
