friendly, but details were ignored A/C System: In 2016, the A/C would randomly cycle from On to Off. The repair remedied the situation. However, in summer of 2017 the issue resurface A/C System: In 2016, the A/C would randomly cycle from On to Off. The repair remedied the situation. However, in summer of 2017 the issue resurfaced. After 2017's repair attempt #1, the car was returned to me with a statement that the refrigerant was replaced. Soon thereafter the A/C resumed its process of on/off at random times. The car was returned for repair attempt #2. The compressor was replaced and the issue appears remedied. Front Window Cleaner/spray nozzle: a minor issue, but it remains not-fixed after multiple repair dates. The nozzle did not spray the window, rather it was angled too low and would spray the base of the windshield wiper arm. Repair #1 - they forgot to adjust the nozzle. Repair #2 - the nozzle angle was adjusted upward. However, it appears that no one tested it. Although spraying higher than before, it still would not spray above the wiper arm. Repair #3 - the nozzle angle was adjusted upward. Again, no one tested it. The nozzle sprays above the window, entirely missing the glass. To this day it remains not repaired. Rear Wiper Arm: The rear wiper arm was broken at the base. Repair #1 - they forgot to fix it. Repair #2 - they replaced the wiper arm, but no one tested it. The arm was installed at 180% of normal. The swipe, which begins counter-clock wise, swipes down the door and not up the window. Repair #3 - it was fixed. More

From my first interactions with Victoria via internet to talkiing to and meeting with Brett Kellner....his service was bar none the very best and exceptional. He is professional and personable. He took the time to follow up after I left and made sure I was taken care of with all my needs. Then I took the car in for a few minor follow up items, new purchase, and wanted to also have the windows tinted. Brett helped make that happen. The level of service from the time I drove in to drop the car to the time I returned to pick up my car.....excellent and friendly service staff. I look forward to working with the Brett and the service staff again! More
