Never Again Customer service was horrible. I arrived early to my saturday appointment. I was not totified prior that I needed to reserve a loaner car for my servi Customer service was horrible. I was given a shuttle ride home after waiting for 30 minutes because the service writer failed to notify the shuttle driver that I was waiting. While waiting two salesmen were prepping a new car for customer pickup when I heard one of them say I hope it starts raining so they don’t notice the scratch. Why wouldnt you just fix the scratch? I will never return to this location and will probably never buy a mercedes again. More
