When we negotiated the price, the salesperson answered emails within seconds. After the purchase, he answered our emails after a couple days. After we gave him a perfect survey, he never answered my emails any more even after I reminded him by a phone call. The salesperson was very generous and offered us gifts during the purchase. Parts of promised gifts were delivered after a couple reminders. However, after a perfect survey was submitted, the other parts of promised gifts were never delivered. I communicated with the dealership and there was no response either. Please do not promise what you cannot deliver. It would be alright to tell me you could not honor what you promised. However, it is not acceptable to treat your customers without respect. More

Persistence gets Rewarded We were only at the dealership to pick our car up from service when the wife saw a used car she liked. She drove it and decided to make an offer. Af We were only at the dealership to pick our car up from service when the wife saw a used car she liked. She drove it and decided to make an offer. After a few hours we were still $4000 away from making a deal. We went home. A few days later the wife still wanted the car she drove. I went to another dealership to try and make a deal on a same model and equipped car. After a short talk we agreed at a price that was $2000 better than the other car. I drove the car to show the wife before signing any papers. She liked the car. I then decided to take the car to the first dealership and tell them I needed a better deal by $1000 or I would buy the second car. We made the deal at $3000 less than they said they could three days earlier. 😜 More

Absolutely great experience! I purchased a car almost exclusively over the phone. Brett was phenomenal during the process. Purchasing or leasing a vehicle can often times induce anxiety as there are so many unknowns. The employees at Von Housen do their very best to reduce those anxious moments. More
