I had to make an appointment for tomorrow which means taking additional time off my job. Definitely not the excellent service I have come to expect from this dealership. Intake is great. Service is always wrong. Sacramento Mercedes service installed the wrong brakes but denied it until repeat problems arose a few months later. Then they checked the numbers and agreed they used wrong parts. Why didn't they do this before denying a problem? Separate visit, they adjusted alignment, now I drive crooked. They took 2 days to fix a sway arm bushing, wrong part. How many times should I return for the same job? I will NOT do any more service there. It's a waste of time and travel. This even considers I PRE-PAID for all scheduled service. May not even lease another MBZ because of the bad service available at Sacramento dealers. More

Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento, is #1 in California! We were on our first day of vacation, when the engine check light went on! We pulled into the Mercedes Service Center in Sacramento. We were immediat We were on our first day of vacation, when the engine check light went on! We pulled into the Mercedes Service Center in Sacramento. We were immediately greeted by an empathetic and positive customer service gentleman named Tucker. He got help for us immediately, without an appointment! We had hope that our vacation would not be ruined! Our Sprinter Van was serviced, while we sat in a comfortable lounge with water, air conditioning, and a clean environment. We were updated periodically with information about what was wrong with our Sprinter Van. I was so impressed with their technology to help diagnose the problem. Everyone that we spoke with was pleasant and knowledgeable about our situation and problem. We were told that the service department would continue to work on our Sprinter Van, even after they closed! That alone gave us hope that everything would be okay. We were very fortunate that we were on our way, with our Sprinter fixed, to continue our vacation and make the campsite reservation that night! What could have been a disaster, was solved by the experts! Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding Jon Sutherland, you wanted to make sure we could continue our vacation as planned.
