Incorrect information by your parts dept I had a nail in my tire. Called service for an appt. Service also verified parts had my correct tire in stock which they said they did. I showed up for my scheduled appt. finally my car was taken back for the replacement tire only to find out you did not have my tire in stock as stated. The parts dept gave in correct information; the tire was in Rocklin not Sacramento as it was verified. Parts gave incorrect information & wasted my time. I ended up at a tire store up the street. This was not acceptable by MB standards. More

Suspected Tranmission problem I felt like there was a rough transition in gears when hitting speeds up to 60 on the freeway. My 18 year old confirmed. I brought the car in and they didn't have a loaner so I came back a week later and was able to get a loaner. They didn't find anything wrong but fixed a recalled part. 2 days after getting the card back, we broke down on the highway 35 miles out of town on our way to LA. We paid for towing to our home and took our other car on vacation. When we returned home, the service center was great about having the car towed to the center. I received a rental and we had the car back fixed within a week. Another issue I mentioned was not addressed so I'll have to ask about that next time. More
