My tire pressure message came on for my vehicle, I called Jack, and he told me that I should not be driving around with a tire when the tire pressure sign keep coming on. I drove to the dealer and he requested I wait while he inspects the tire himself. To my dismay, there was a nail in my tire and because jack did not want me to drive around with a tire with a nail due to safety issues he took care of it right there and then. We have had our cars for years and never missed a service. We felt like we were being cheated by him trying to get us to pay more than what was needed. Then all sort of issues occurred with our vehicle. Ultimately Jack and his team fix the problems. It feels like Michael might have taken exception to us switching to Jack, because of the unexplained sudden car problems we experienced. We purchased to cars from you and fell that it is not the Von Housen Brand but the individual that is the problem. More
