Wham bam, thank you ma'am I bring my car in every year for its annual maintenance. This year, was different. I paid more than usual and was called to say my car was ready and t I bring my car in every year for its annual maintenance. This year, was different. I paid more than usual and was called to say my car was ready and they were washing it. When I arrived, it took them 25 minutes to bring my DIRTY car around! A few days later, my car wouldn't start. I brought it back and after another day in your care, I was told the battery needed to be replaced for an additional charge. Why couldn't you say that a few days ago? Perhaps another labor charge? I said no. They said ok, your car is ready we will wash it for you. Again when I arrived, it took them over 20 minutes to bring my DIRTY car AGAIN!!! What terrible customer service. I won't be back! More

Defective car Was sold a defective car. It makes noises when I drive it. Already took the car back multiple times so they can try to fix it. At one point the whole Was sold a defective car. The car still makes noise and the dealership tells me I can come back and get it fixed. I don't hang out at home all day so I can come by multiple times. Everyone has a job they need to go to. Will never trust a Mercedes car again and I suggest people test drive a car multiple times before they purchase it from Mercedes benz. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! More

Unprofessional Misdiagnosis Nothing worse than being quoted one price. Then being informed the vehicle is ready for pick up. Only to receive a call an hour later to be told, ' So Nothing worse than being quoted one price. Then being informed the vehicle is ready for pick up. Only to receive a call an hour later to be told, ' Sorry, but this didn't fix your vehicle. We'll charge an additional X amount to actually find what we know to be the problem!' Took care of an unexpected situation, perfectly! In addition to scheduled service items, mechanics found that the gasoline tank needed replacement, under warranty, and front end parts (ball joints) a In addition to scheduled service items, mechanics found that the gasoline tank needed replacement, under warranty, and front end parts (ball joints) also needed replacement. This much work could not be completed that day, so they offered to drive me home, all the way to Yuba City! This was done and the next afternoon my fully serviced and repaired car was brought to my residence in Yuba City. I would say that this is PREMIUM SERVICE!! More
